Configuration:

Shell Material: Die-cast aluminum, which is stronger than ordinary aluminum alloy and contributes to lightweight design compared to iron shell fans.

2. Motor Performance: Features a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including: Single-phase 110V/230V, Industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted from 45-60 Hz. IP54 protection rating, F insulation class.

3. Fan Oil Seal: Utilizes MERKEL oil seals, which, compared to standard oil seals, have lip edges at a temperature 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature, offering enhanced stability and longer lifespan.

4. Fan Bearings: Our components use SKF or NSK brand bearings, which, when compared to domestic Luoyang or Renben bearings, offer stable performance, longer lifespan, and ensure the fan operates for a prolonged period.

Usage and Maintenance:

1. The fan should be placed on a level surface, with the surrounding environment being clean, dry, and well-ventilated.

2. The fan blade must rotate in the same direction as the arrow indicated on the fan housing.

3. When the fan is in operation, avoid completely blocking the intake and exhaust air openings to prevent excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which may damage the air pump.

4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction with other parts.

5. The air filters at both the intake and exhaust ends should be cleaned as needed to prevent blockages and ensure proper operation.

6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings should be performed by someone familiar with the repair work. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the parts in the order shown, cleaning each removed part before reassembly in reverse order. Do not force the impeller off during disassembly; use a puller to remove it, and ensure not to miss the adjustment shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted clearance at the factory.

Do not allow solids, liquids, or corrosive gases to enter the pump housing.
