Operating Principle
▲ Closed-loop water system
Coolant water, cooled within the coil, flows out of the tower and is sent to the heat source (the cooled equipment) by the system's circulating pump. It then enters the coil for cooling after being heated by heat exchange.
▲ External Recirculating Water System
After the external spray water achieves the purpose of cooling the internal circulating water of the coil by contacting with the coil and packing, it falls into the lower water trough and is then pumped to the spray water trough for another cycle by the spray water pump.
The internal recirculating cooling water exchanges heat and mass with the external spray water and air through the coil, preventing direct contact between the cooled water and air, which avoids water quality contamination. Due to the pre-cooling of the spray water with PVC packing, the heat exchange effect is more pronounced.

Treated cooling water circulates in a closed loop within the system, without direct contact with the external environment. This prevents efficiency reduction and dirty failures caused by floating debris, dust, harmful ions, and other contaminants entering and accumulating in the cooling water system.

·The heat exchanger coil is made of phosphorus deoxidized copper tubes, which are highly corrosion-resistant and have high heat transfer efficiency.

·Fans and their drive systems, as well as spray pumps, are all equipped with imported components, offering high durability.

Electric Heater
In cold-region winter applications using cooling towers, recirculating water and spray water are prone to freezing, which can lead to pipe and tower internal component破裂. To prevent such accidents, we recommend using antifreeze components, such as electric heaters. For other antifreeze methods, please contact our company.
