Drawer shelves refer to shelves where the mold is placed on the shelf boards, allowing the boards to slide in and out like a drawer. They are mainly used for storing various molds, with the top capable of being equipped with a hand winch and a horizontal mobile trolley for easy lifting of the molds, and the drawer shelves can be pulled out 2/3 of the way. The drawer shelves are primarily composed of sliders and shelf boards, which are made up of a load-bearing frame and steel plates. Each slider is fixed by two bearings at the front, back, top, and bottom, allowing it to roll freely within the guide slots with minimal resistance, making it easy to pull out the drawer with one hand, reducing labor intensity. The self-locking device consists of a positioning spring and a pin shaft, ensuring that the drawer cannot be moved once it is in place, without affecting the drawer's operation within its travel range.
