
The DHA9 series mold hot runner touch screen temperature control box is a microprocessor control unit based on large-scale integrated circuits, featuring a modular structure, touch screen operation interface, with user-friendly human-machine interaction functions, general functions, and standard communication interfaces.
The system boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, ease of use, and stable operation. It is the preferred solution for multi-loop, high-precision temperature control systems in the injection mold industry.
This controller integrates three control functions required for hot runner control systems:
The temperature control system monitors and maintains the temperature of the hot runner heater, with each temperature control module capable of measuring and controlling the temperature of four hot runner circuits. A single controller can accommodate up to 35 modules, thus allowing for the measurement and control of the temperature of 140 circuits.
The voltage regulation system manually outputs a constant voltage to heat the hot runner, suitable for heating without a thermocouple in the hot nozzle. Each voltage regulation module can control six hot nozzle heating circuits.
A single controller can install 35 modules, allowing for the control of 210 hot nozzle pressure regulating circuit solenoid valves in a timing control system. Each solenoid valve timing control module can manage the timing of 8 circuit solenoid valves, with a single controller capable of installing 35 modules, enabling the configuration of 280 solenoid valve timing control circuits, with a time accuracy of 0.01 seconds.

Attention!
Three control modules have the same dimensions, but each module has a different wiring method. The factory has already wired them according to customer order requirements, so modules of the same type can be interchanged, but modules of different types cannot. When users need to repair or replace a module, they must replace it with a module of the same type; random replacement is not allowed, otherwise it may cause damage to the module or mold.
Three control functions are not standard, and each temperature control box is customized according to customer requirements. Single functions, or two or three functions, can be customized, depending on the user's process needs.
