The GBD20 explosion-proof vibration sensor for mining is primarily installed on the bearing covers of various rotating machinery devices (such as turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps), capable of measuring vibration speed or amplitude. It is mainly used for early diagnosis of rotating machinery failures or to provide improvement basis for laboratory product refinement, preparing for maintenance in advance, reducing potential accident risks, and enhancing work efficiency.
a) Rated Working Voltage: DC 18VOperating Current: ≤20mA
--Speed Measurement Range: 0 to 20 mm/s (or 0));
-- Output Signal: (4-20) mA (two-wire current type)
--Function: The sensor can convert vibration signals into two-wire current signals for transmission.

GBD20 Vibration Sensor Mounting Method
a) Permanent Magnet Suction Cup Mount: Utilizing a permanent magnet suction cup with a holding force of up to 196N, it can securely mount vibration speed sensors weighing less than 500g. The sensor can be adhered to a flat surface and measure vibrations up to 1000μm.
b) Bolted Connection: The vibration sensor is directly mounted on the object being measured using bolts, allowing for reliable measurement of vibration in three directions at the top of the bearing housing, as well as vibration in two directions on the vertical plane.
This installation method is a sturdy one.
