


Working Principle:
The MQP series air flow mill, together with a cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan, forms a complete crushing system. After compressed air is filtered and dried, it is rapidly jetted into the crushing chamber through a Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material is repeatedly collided, abraded, and sheared, resulting in crushing. The crushed material, under the suction force of the fan, moves with the ascending air stream to the classification area. Here, the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine separates coarse and fine particles. The fine particles meeting the required particle size pass through the classification wheel and are collected by the cyclone separator and dust collector. The coarse particles descend to the crushing area for further crushing.
Performance Features:
Dry grinding suitable for materials with Mohs hardness below 9, especially suitable for high-hardness, high purity, and high-value-added materials.
Product particle size D97: adjustable between 2-150 micrometers, with good particle shape and narrow particle size distribution.
● Low-temperature, medium-free grinding, especially suitable for the grinding of heat-sensitive, low-melting point, sugary, and volatile materials.
The crushing process is achieved through collisions between the materials themselves, differing from mechanical crushing that relies on blades or hammers for impact crushing. Consequently, the equipment is wear-resistant, and the product purity is high.
● Can be connected in series with multi-grade graders to produce multiple particle size ranges in one operation.
Equipment is easy to disassemble, clean, and has smooth inner walls with no blind spots.
The entire system is enclosed for crushing, resulting in minimal dust and low noise, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production process.
The control system is programmed for ease of operation.
Application Fields:
Ideal for dry ultra-fine grinding of various brittle, crystalline, heat-sensitive, and medium to low hardness materials. Suitable for industries such as chemicals and food, with high yield and no dust spillage.
