The RCYA series pipe-type permanent magnet iron separator is a specialized equipment for iron removal in various dry materials. Installed at the feed and discharge ports of dry material manufacturing, when loose materials enter the equipment's feed port, they naturally flow by gravity onto the top of the tubular tower and then spread outwards. The housing features a series of comb-shaped wall panels. As the magnetic particles in the material come into contact with the magnetic rings of the tower-shaped pipe, the comb-shaped wall panels ensure that the magnetic system firmly attracts the magnetic particles, separating them from the material. This prevents magnetic debris from contaminating the raw materials, thereby purifying the raw material, enhancing product quality, and protecting related equipment. The internal structure employs neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets to form a high-intensity ring-shaped magnetic system. The conical shape ensures even material distribution and free flow, with an adjustable door latch for easy removal of impurities. It is widely used in the iron removal operations of various powdered and granular materials in industries such as cement, chemicals, building materials, quartz sand, stone powder, glass, etc.
