The RCYG series fine iron separator is a high-tech product meticulously developed by our technical team. Its mechanical structure, along with its high gradient and high-intensity magnetic field, is particularly suitable for industries such as coal mining, refractory materials, ceramics, chemicals, cement, building materials, and grain, for removing iron pieces from materials. It is beneficial for purifying products and protecting equipment from normal operation, especially for spherical iron pieces, fine iron pieces like small nuts, small screws, and small steel balls, which are particularly challenging for general iron separators. It is an ideal iron removal equipment for scenarios with high iron removal requirements. The principle is as follows: when materials pass through the fine iron separator, the front分流 plate diverts and thins the materials, then they enter the shaping area, directing the iron pieces within the materials towards the vertical pole plates, reducing the resistance of the material layer to the iron pieces. As the materials carry the iron pieces forward to the high-field strength adsorption area, they are adsorbed. They then rotate with the housing to the rear area, where they are separated from the strong magnetic field due to gravity and centrifugal force, completing the iron removal process.
