The RCYA series pipeline permanent magnet iron separator consists of a magnet-free pipeline and a permanent magnet, specifically designed for removing iron from non-magnetic materials inside closed pipelines. The internal structure of the separator is composed of a composite magnetic system using high-performance rare earth strong magnetic materials. It features a small size, strong magnetic force, light weight, clean iron removal, ease of use, no energy consumption, and a long service life. It is suitable for situations without conveying belts, where only a downfeed chute is available. When bulk materials pass through the pipeline permanent magnet iron separator, iron debris is adsorbed by the permanent magnet with high magnetic field strength. To remove the iron impurities, the pipeline door is opened to extract them. This equipment is suitable for applications with low iron content; for higher iron content, an automatic unloading iron separator or an RCYG series fine iron separator should be used. It is mainly applied in the downfeed pipelines of industries such as cement, chemicals, coal, plastics, refractory materials, and building materials to remove impurities.
