The RCYB series overhead permanent magnet iron separator is internally composed of a composite magnetic system using high coercivity and high remanence permanent magnets such as "neodymium-iron-boron" materials. It boasts advantages such as no maintenance required, strong magnetic force, long lifespan, simple installation, ease of use, and reliable operation. It is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials in conveyors, vibratory feeders, electromagnetic vibratory feeders, and chutes. It can remove 0.1 to 35 kg of ferromagnetic materials, and the internal permanent magnetic system has a lifespan of over 10 years. This product meets all technical specifications of the JB/T8711—1998 standard.
When a permanent magnet attracts a large amount of ferromagnetic material, it can be manually cleaned with a non-magnetic scraper or removed with gloves; suitable for continuous operation and low-iron environments.
