PVB/SGPIntermediate film production line

Typical Applications of PVB Film: Composite glass made from PVB sheets can absorb impact energy without shattering. It is widely used in automotive laminated glass, sound-insulating glass, photovoltaic glass, colored glass, and more. It offers excellent performance in safety, UV protection, sound insulation, light control, thermal insulation, vibration resistance, and is a safe glass composite material.

SGP Film (Ionic Intermediate Film): The shear modulus of the ionic film SGP is over 50 times that of PVB, the tear strength is 5 times that of PVB, and the bearing capacity is twice that of PVB laminated glass. Under equal loads and the same thickness, the bending of SGP laminated glass is only 1/4 of that of PVB laminated glass. The performance of laminated glass produced with SGP film is superior to that produced with PVB. Typical Applications: Ceiling glass, structural glass buildings, glass walkways, high-rise exterior walls, glass curtain walls, etc.
