High-speed aluminum-plastic composite panel production line
Aluminum-plastic composite panels, commonly known as aluminum-plastic panels, are a new type of decorative material made by bonding a surface-treated and coated aluminum foil (with a polyester coating) as the surface layer to a polyethylene material core layer through a heat lamination process. They are primarily used in architectural facades, exterior decoration and advertising, as well as interior decoration.
Integrating traditional production techniques and practical experience, our high-speed aluminum-plastic composite panel production line features an extrusion system capable of producing high-fill aluminum-plastic panels. It boasts a production capacity of 1,800kg/h, a production line speed of 10m/min, and can produce products with widths ranging from 900 to 1,560mm and aluminum foil thicknesses over 0.18mm.
Our company also offers traditional aluminum-plastic sheet production lines.
Output capacity: 500-800 kg/h, line speed: 5 m/min, capable of producing products with widths of 900-1560 mm and foil thicknesses of 0.06-0.5 mm.
