Performance Features: Available in various specifications and models to cater to different diameters and production volume requirements.PVC dedicated twin-screw extruder main units are available for selection. Special screw design ensures uniform plasticization and high output. The PVC extrusion die is made of alloy steel with a highly polished surface finish. The wide die design guarantees the melt residence time and extrusion output. For large-diameter PVC pipes, a front and rear double vacuum chamber structure is used, with arched support plates for excellent roundness and high molding quality. Available are traction machines from 2 to 10 belts, paired with different specification planetary cutters to accommodate all size specifications of PVC pipes. Optional online neck expanding machines are also available.
