Product Advantages

PC hollow polycarbonate sheets are widely used in architectural decoration, daylighting insulation, noise barriers, and other fields. The hollow polycarbonate molds are equipped with distributors coated with a uniform UV layer, capable of producing hollow products up to 2100mm wide. They offer excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, impact resistance, and light transmission rates. The molds feature adjustable upper and lower elastic micro-jaw lips to regulate product wall thickness errors to ≤3%. Different structural designs cater to various product requirements. Standard polycarbonate sheets range from 4-25mm thick, while multi-layer panels include H-type, X-type, and others, with thicknesses exceeding 36mm, and they can be coated with UV-resistant layers on both sides.

Custom mold manufacturedPP and PE hollow grid panels, with their lightweight, high strength, and moisture-proof properties, are suitable for周转箱周转boxes, light box advertisements, and exhibition materials. The product thickness ranges from 2 to 12mm, with widths from 1200 to 2200mm.
