PE & PP Wood-Plastic Composite Flooring Extrusion Line

Product Advantages
PE&PP wood-plastic flooring refers to the process of blending, drying, and extrusion molding of wood-plastic composite materials being completed separately on different equipment. This means that after the raw materials are blended according to a specific formula, intermediate wood-plastic granules are produced, which are then extruded and processed into wood-plastic flooring. Currently, the two-step method is widely used, typically involving the use of cone twin-screw or flat twin-screw extruders for granulation, followed by the use of cone twin or single-screw extruders for shaping the final products. This process is mainly applied to the extrusion molding of PE&PP wood-plastic products such as indoor and outdoor flooring, guardrails, and pallets.
