Glass-fiber reinforced plastic septic tanks with a volume exceeding 50 m³; can be set up in parallel or series with two single tanks. If in series, the designer and the user must notify the manufacturer in advance for pre-arrangement, with the wall spacing of the tanks not less than 500mm.

Installation precautions for glass-fiber reinforced septic tanks include:
When installing glass-fiber reinforced septic tanks in areas with groundwater or poor soil quality, lay a thick 100mm layer of cobblestone or crushed stone, followed by a 100mm-300mm thick C1O grade concrete base. On top of the concrete base, place a 100mm sand layer. Fill the tank sides with plain soil.
Safety Precautions for Hoisting
1. The base layer must be leveled before hoisting and positioning.
2. During hoisting, it is crucial to pay attention to the in and out direction of the septic tank.
3. Septic tank elevation must comply with engineering design requirements
4. After hoisting into place, make local adjustments for levelness
Once the glass fiber reinforced septic tank is in place, backfilling should be done. The lower part of the tank should be filled with sand and soil (the height should not be less than half the diameter of the tank). It is strictly forbidden to use construction waste as backfill soil. Stones in the backfill soil should be removed. The backfill soil should be compacted layer by layer, with each layer being compacted to a thickness of 30mm. Manual compaction is recommended. Avoid local forceful impacts during backfilling (such as using air compaction), ensuring the surrounding backfill soil of the tank is dense.
