One, TWL series applications:

The TWL series is a replacement product, the primary equipment for achieving rough vacuum. Thanks to its fully sealed design, it achieves isolation between the crankcase and cylinders; combined with the use of self-lubricating materials for the piston rings, it achieves oil-free lubrication. Due to the absence of wastewater discharge, the TWL series is particularly suitable for vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, and vacuum impregnation processes in industries such as chemicals and food. It is especially needed in environments requiring clean high vacuum or where gases must be cleanly recycled. The TWL series overcomes the pollution caused by lubricating oils. If used for extracting flammable and explosive gases or when compressors are in use, special order requirements should be submitted to our company.

3. Changeable components for absorbing corrosive media. The TWL series is made of stainless steel or lined with fluoro, titanium materials, capable of withstanding corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

5. The average wear rate of cylinders, piston rings, crankshafts, and crossheads is significantly reduced, extending service life by up to 4-10 times.
