This model pump is a sliding vane mechanical vacuum pump, one of the vacuum pumping equipment for removing general gases or gases containing a small amount of condensable steam (an air trap should be used).

Performance specifications of this type of pump: Ultimate pressure of 1 Pa. Suitable for vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum coating, vacuum impregnation, and other vacuum operations. It can be used independently or as a primary pump for other vacuum pumps, but is not suitable for use as a transfer pump from one container to another. When removing gases containing excessive oxygen, explosive, corrosive to black metals, reactive with vacuum oil, wet, dusty, etc., additional equipment should be attached.
