Scroll vacuum pumps are devices used to evacuate gases from sealed containers to achieve a vacuum. They are primarily used for removing clean air and gases that do not chemically react with oil, but are not suitable for gases containing excessive oxygen, explosive properties, or corrosive particles that can damage metals. They are suitable for various vacuum operations, including vacuum coating, lamp bulbs, thermoses, tubes, chemical industry, and laboratories. This pump can be used independently or as a booster pump or as a preliminary pump for molecular pumps.
The 2X series vacuum pumps are dual-stage scroll oil-sealed rotary mechanical vacuum pumps. They are one of the main equipment for low and medium vacuum applications. They can be used independently or serve as a booster vacuum pump, as well as the preliminary pump for ultra-high vacuum pumps such as diffusion pumps and turbine molecular vacuum pumps.
Primary Applications
Removes air and other dry gases. The 2X series vacuum pumps can operate continuously in well-ventilated indoor environments with temperatures ranging from 5 to 40°C and humidity ≤90%.
No suction of corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases, or gases containing fine particles or dust. Also, no conveyance of other small objects.
Expanded Applications
1. Combine with Roots pumps to increase air extraction volume and enhance vacuum level.
2. Add a condenser and gas trap to aspirate moist or condensable gases.
3. Install a dust filter to extract gas containing dust particles.
4. Add a corrosion-resistant gas filter to extract corrosive gases.
