● Cautionary Notes:

Due to the high-activity nature of the raw materials in silicone pen pouches, which have strong adsorption, it is not recommended to place them in dusty areas. Avoid contact with solvents, oils, thick acid, and diluted sodium hydroxide. Do not use open flame to burn, keep away from sharp and pointed tools, and areas with a lot of hair and dust are prone to collecting more dust.

Silicone Pen Pouch Custom Manufacturing：

Silicone product customization and processing falls under the design and order category. During the early stages of ordering, it is essential to clearly consider the structural drawings and various product requirements. After confirming the accuracy of the drawings, assess the mold structure to determine if it can be produced normally without issues in demolding. If normal demolding is not possible, modify the product structure to make the production drawings achievable and proceed with the early mold processing. During mold processing, pay attention to the product's parting lines and whether the mold surface finish meets your required standards.

Additionally, this involves the trial production and processing of the product. After determining the desired hardness, softness, and color requirements for the raw materials, the silicone manufacturer must mix the materials. Place the raw materials in a mixer, add colorant and catalyst, and stir for about 30 minutes to form semi-finished rubber material. Place the mold in an oil pressure device to heat it up, aiming for a temperature of around 180 degrees for high-temperature curing. At this point, pour the semi-finished rubber material into the mold, ensuring even placement, and then undergo high-temperature molding to achieve the solidified shape of the silicone pouch. Subsequent processing follows.

Once the preliminary production processes are completed, sewing zippers is a necessary step. Choose different zippers for sewing based on customer requirements. Additionally, the post-production processes are customized according to needs, including surface printing patterns and spraying treatments. Whether anti-static and dust-proof treatments are required after the product is formed, as well as the printing patterns and logos on the appearance, are decisions you can make. If not needed, no surface treatment is necessary.
