Two, install the light steel studs at appropriate spacing for hoisting, using 38 or 50mm studs, typically with a spacing of 1-1.2 meters. The distance of the hangers should be distributed according to the specifications of the light steel studs.
Three, install the hanger components pre-mounted on the joists beneath the light steel joists, along with the hanging joists. The spacing of the hanging joists is generally 1.1 meters. After all are installed, they must be adjusted to be level.

Installation Instructions for Aluminum Ceiling Panels
1. Taut the horizontal line according to the required level height, ensuring both vertical and horizontal alignments are properly taut.
2. Install light steel studs (38 or 50 size) at appropriate spacing, generally 1-1.2 meters apart, with hanger placement according to the specifications of the light steel studs.
3 Install the pre-mounted hangers on the joists and place the hanger joists beneath the light steel joists. The spacing of the hanger joists is generally 1 meter. After full installation, adjust to ensure they are level.
4. Hang the U-series ceiling tiles in sequence on the grid, then press down the flip lock, ensuring the end of the tile maintains a distance of 10mm or 20mm.
5 When installing aluminum ceiling tiles, gloves must be worn. In case of accidental fingerprints or stains, they can be washed with detergent and hot water, then wiped dry.
