Galvanized steel sheet materials are currently used in a wide range of industries, with most being used in the automotive manufacturing sector, storage boxes, public equipment, construction, and also in furniture. Zinc coating is a popular corrosion prevention method, not only because it forms a protective layer on the steel surface, but also because even if there are damaged areas on this layer, it maintains its corrosion prevention effect for a long time, thereby further extending the service life.

Galvanized Steel Sheet Packaging:
Galvanized steel sheets are available in two packaging types: cut-to-length sheets and coil-packed sheets. Typically, the steel is packaged with moisture-proof paper lining and secured with iron bands wrapped around a pallet. The bundling must be secure to prevent the sheets from rubbing against each other inside.

Galvanized steel sheets can be categorized into the following types based on production and processing methods:
1. Hot Dip Galvanizing: A thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc bath to coat it with a thin layer of zinc. This process is mainly carried out using a continuous galvanizing technique, where rolled steel plates are continuously dipped into a zinc-coated bath to produce galvanized steel sheets.
2. Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet: This steel sheet is also manufactured using the hot-dip process, but after being dipped, it is immediately heated to around 500°C to widely solicit, forming an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet exhibits excellent adhesion to paint and weldability.
3. Electro-Galvanized Steel Sheet: This type of galvanized steel sheet, produced by electroplating, offers good workability. However, the coating is thinner and less corrosion-resistant than hot-dipped galvanized sheet.
4. Single-sided and double-sided zinc-coated steel sheets: Single-sided zinc-coated steel sheets refer to products that are zinc-coated on only one side. They offer better adaptability in welding, painting, rust prevention, and processing compared to double-sided zinc-coated sheets. To overcome the drawback of the uncoated side, there is also a zinc-coated sheet with a thin layer of zinc applied to the other side, known as double-sided differential zinc-coated steel sheets.
5. Alloy and Composite Galvanized Steel Sheets: These sheets are made by alloying zinc with other metals like lead and zinc, even creating composite galvanized sheets. They offer both rust-proof properties and excellent painting performance. In addition to the aforementioned five types, we also offer colored galvanized steel sheets, printed coated galvanized steel sheets, and polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc.

Galvanized steel sheets are焊接steel plates with a hot-dipped or electro-galvanized zinc coating on the surface, widely used in construction, household appliances, shipbuilding, container manufacturing, and electromechanical industries. They are categorized into standard electrolytic sheets and fingerprint-resistant electrolytic sheets. The fingerprint-resistant sheets are treated with a fingerprint-resistant coating on top of the standard electrolytic sheets, making them sweat-resistant and commonly used on parts that do not require any additional treatment, with the grade SECC-N. Standard electrolytic sheets are further divided into phosphatized and passivated types, with phosphatized being more commonly used, labeled as SECC-P, also known as p material. Passivated plates come in oiled and un-oiled varieties.
