Galvanized steel sheets can be categorized into the following types based on production and processing methods:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: The thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a thin layer of zinc adhering to its surface. This process is mainly produced using the continuous galvanizing method, where rolled steel plates are continuously dipped into a zinc-coated bath to produce galvanized steel plates.
2. Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet: This type of steel sheet is also manufactured by the hot-dip process, but immediately after being dipped, it is heated to approximately 500°C. This process allows the formation of an alloy coating of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet offers excellent adhesion to paint and welding properties.
3. Electro galvanized steel sheet: This type of galvanized steel sheet, manufactured by electroplating, offers good workability. However, the coating is thinner and less corrosion-resistant than hot-dip galvanized sheets.
4. Single-sided and double-sided differential galvanized steel sheets: Single-sided galvanized steel sheets refer to products that are only galvanized on one side. They offer better adaptability in welding, painting, rust prevention, and processing compared to double-sided galvanized sheets. To overcome the drawback of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is also a type of galvanized sheet with a thin zinc coating on the other side, known as double-sided differential galvanized steel sheets.
5. Alloy and Composite Galvanized Steel Sheets: These sheets are made by alloying zinc with other metals like lead and zinc, even forming composite galvanized sheets. They offer both rust-proof properties and excellent painting performance. In addition to the aforementioned five types, there are also colored galvanized steel sheets, printed painted galvanized steel sheets, and polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc.

Galvanized steel sheets are焊接steel plates with a hot-dip or electro-galvanized zinc coating on the surface, widely used in construction, home appliances, shipbuilding, container manufacturing, and electromechanical industries. They are categorized into standard electrolytic plates and fingerprint-resistant electrolytic plates. The fingerprint-resistant plates add a fingerprint-resistant treatment to the standard electrolytic plates, resistant to sweat, commonly used on parts not requiring any treatment, with the grade SECC-N. Standard electrolytic plates further divide into phosphatized plates and passivated plates, with phosphatized plates being more commonly used, grade SECC-P, also known as "p material." Passivated plates come in oiled and non-oiled varieties.

Galvanized Steel Sheet Chemical Composition: The requirements for the chemical composition of the galvanized steel sheet substrate vary by country, with national standards generally testing the content of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. Galvanized steel sheet refers to steel sheet with a zinc coating on the surface. Zinc coating is an economical and effective method of rust prevention commonly used, with about half of the world's zinc production being used for this process.

Galvanized steel sheets are sheets with a zinc coating on their surface. Currently, the market has adopted a cost-effective and significant anti-corrosion method, which is galvanization. To date, at least half of the zinc developed worldwide is used in the galvanizing process for steel sheets. This process prevents the oxidation or liquid corrosion of the steel sheet surface, extending the lifespan of the sheets and significantly reducing the need for manual maintenance.
Currently, this material is widely used in the construction industry, and it is also gradually being adopted in areas such as automobiles, guardrails, and corrosion-resistant steel. Traditional steel is simply treated for rust prevention before being marketed, with a lifespan of only a few years. The updated galvanized steel plate material has replaced traditional steel, with its superior performance verified through multiple tests and user experiences. Specific information can be viewed through the manufacturer's published data.
