Aluminum Grating Ceiling Installation Process
1. Construction Line Setting: Based on the flat layout of the grid ceiling, mark the longitudinal and transverse arrangement lines of the component materials, the outline lines of areas with complex shapes, and the ceiling elevation lines; simultaneously, determine and mark the ceiling suspension points.
2. Ceiling Fastening Treatment: Secure the ceiling according to design specifications using metal expansion bolts or shot nails for connecting the ceiling, or directly fix steel hangers, galvanized iron wire, and flat iron hangers, etc.

5. Installation Key Points:

Then, adjust the height and level of the main beam using hanger components until it meets the requirements.
(3) Grille Installation: First, pull out intersecting plane datum lines using fine nylon thread. Start installation from a corner of the wall, lift the ceiling tiles slightly above the datum line, and temporarily secure the tile. Level the ceiling tile according to the datum line. When the ceiling area exceeds 100m², the ceiling surface should have a slight arch, typically around 1/3000 of the span. Secure the leveled hanger tiles first, then use connecting parts to fix the tiles to each other.
(4) Conduct overall adjustments. Draw multiple parallel or perpendicular datum lines along the elevation lines, and adjust the ceiling as a whole based on these datum lines, ensuring the correct amount of arching on the ceiling surface. Inspect the installation and layout, and correct any deformation of the individual units caused by installation. Verify the reliability of fasteners at all connection points, and reinforce areas with concentrated loads.
