The surface treatment technologies for aluminum ceiling panels currently mainly include five types: spraying, baking paint, film coating, rolling paint, and AO anodizing. Among them, spraying and baking paint panels are prone to color variation and have a shorter lifespan. Film-coated and rolling paint panels do not have color variation and have a longer lifespan. AO anodizing involves placing aluminum and its alloys in a corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as the anode. Under specific conditions and with the application of external current, electrolysis is conducted to change the molecular structure of the aluminum. This results in the formation of a protective layer on the aluminum surface, i.e., the anodized aluminum or alloy parts form an aluminum oxide thin layer, enhancing wear resistance and hardness, improving corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation. The breakdown voltage can reach up to 2000V, and the large number of micropores in the oxide film layer have strong adsorption capacity. The AO process ensures that the color does not fade.

Aluminum Ceiling Tile Installation Solution:

1. Install aluminum trimming corners at the same level height.

2. Install the hangers and light steel studs at appropriate spacing, with hanger spacing no greater than 1.2 meters, and stud spacing at 1.2 meters.

3. Secure the hanger pre-installed on the triangular rib, aligning it vertically with the light steel rib at the spacing of the panels, and then adjust it horizontally.

4. Press the two sides of the square panel parallel into the grooves of the triangular rib, first align the corners of the ends in the longitudinal direction, then pull a straight line and gradually press the panels row by row. After each row is fastened, adjust once to ensure the panel surface is flat and the seams are perpendicular. (Note: the direction with small dents on the edge of the square panel is where it is inserted into the triangular rib groove.)

5. Wear gloves when nailing. If any stains are left on the board, clean them with clean water. Do not peel off the protective film during installation.

Aluminum ceiling panels offer flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, and moisture-proof properties, and are easy to install and dismantle, with each panel being able to be installed or removed independently for convenient construction and maintenance.
