


Five-axis servo robot arm
The AHT series is primarily used in various horizontal molding machines ranging from 50 to 500 tons. Each axis is driven by a high-performance AC servo motor, featuring a quick removal time of 0.48 seconds, a full cycle time of less than 4.8 seconds, and high positioning accuracy with a repeatability of ±0.15mm. The program is teachable, allowing for flexible action settings based on motion requirements, and boasts high-performance removal capabilities. It is applied in the removal of products with short molding cycles or in more complex automated environments. Available models include 600/700/800/1000/1200/1500/1700, with arm types in single-section and double-section designs. Additional auxiliary arms can be added for three-plate mold applications, with a vertical stroke range of 600~1700mm. The rapid removal significantly enhances production efficiency.
