Cautionary Notes:
The operating temperature for Liquid Nail Adhesive should be between -5°C and +40°C. Store it in a cool, frost-free, and well-sealed location. If the adhesive has not yet set, it can be cleaned with turpentine. Once dry, any exposed residue can be scraped or sanded off.
Instructions for Use of Liquid Nails Adhesive:
1. Liquid nail adhesive for construction: Suitable for bonding the following materials firmly to surfaces of concrete, various stone materials, decorative plaster, wood, and plywood without nails: wood, plastic, metal, thresholds, signs, strips, door sills, window sills, junction boxes, thin sheet materials, gypsum board, decorative stones, tiles, etc.; not suitable for foam materials.
2. Clean the construction surface, ensuring it is free of oil stains and dust, and remove all loose components.
3. Cut the liquid nail-free adhesive tube open, pierce the protective film of the tube mouth, fit the nozzle, and extrude with a sealing gun.
4. Apply adhesive droplets or "Z" shaped lines of non-screw adhesive (approximately 30 cm apart per line) to the single side of the item to be bonded. Ensure adhesive is applied at all corners and edges of the material. Align and press the parts to be bonded within 5 minutes, then firmly tap with a mallet. For wider and heavier materials, clamping or support may be necessary (about 24 hours). The ideal bonding effect is achieved after 3 days of adhesive curing.
