A 360g tube of the non-screw adhesive can extrude a 25-meter long, 4-millimeter wide glue line, which is sufficient to bond approximately 3 square meters of material.

Cautionary Notes:

The operating temperature for the nail-free colorant should be between -5℃ and +40℃. Store it in a cool, frost-free, and well-sealed area. If the nail-free colorant is not yet set, it can be cleaned with turpentine. Once dry, exposed residue can be scraped or sanded off.

Instructions for Use: Brown No-Screw Adhesive

1. Brown No-Screw Adhesive Application Materials: Ideal for securely bonding the following materials to surfaces like concrete, various stone materials, decorative wall putty, wood, and plywood: wood, plastic, metal, thresholds, signs, strips, door sills, junction boxes, thin plate materials, gypsum boards, decorative stones, tiles, etc.; not suitable for foam materials.

2. Clean the construction surface to ensure there is no oil stain or dirt, and remove all loose components.

3. Cut the end of the adhesive-free tube, pierce the protective film, fit the nozzle, and extrude using a sealing gun.

4. Apply adhesive drops or "Z" shaped lines of non-screw adhesive (about 30 cm apart per line) to the single side of the object to be bonded. Ensure adhesive is applied at all corners and edges of the material. Fit and press the parts to be bonded within 5 minutes, then firmly tap with a mallet. For wide and heavy materials, apply clamping or support as necessary (approximately 24 hours). Achieve ideal bonding in 3 days.
