Operation Process:

Each product station has a QR code and a 7-color LED indicator light (capable of handling 7 orders simultaneously).

2. During inventory release, scan the product QR code and storage location QR code for binding.

3. During material picking, prepare according to work orders, lights will be activated based on Datecode FIFO principle.

4. Picking staff retrieves materials based on the color of the lights, scans the barcode on the picking tray, and the lights turn off.

5. The system automatically adjusts inventory levels.
