Application: Capable of locking 1mm small screws with high repeat positioning accuracy, mainly used in the mobile phone industry, for the screw fastening of small products such as tablets, toys, and communication devices.

The equipment manually feeds materials, automatically senses when materials are in place, locks screws upon detection of product arrival, and in case of issues like stripped threads, missed locks, or misaligned locks, the machine automatically shuts down and alarms to prevent product damage. After screw locking is complete, materials can be automatically discharged from the rear, placing products on the rear conveyor belt.

Dual-platform switchable, material discharge position is also freely adjustable, discharging can be done from either the end or the back.
