Product Introduction:
The JGS-7130AHD/AS saddle plane grinding machine is primarily a machine tool that uses the peripheral grinding of abrasive wheels to grind workpiece surfaces, and it can also grind the vertical planes of workpieces using the face of the abrasive wheel. During grinding, the workpiece can be held securely on an electromagnetic chuck, directly fixed on the worktable surface, or clamped with other fixtures. This machine can grind workpieces made of steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals.
Product Features:
1. The main shaft shaft core has been thickened from the original diameter of 40mm to 45mm, enhancing nearly 1/4 of the grinding rigidity. It optimizes the bearing position and main shaft structure, making the shaft thicker, stiffer, more durable, and offering better waterproof performance.
2. Complete column, no need for iron shims to increase height; the distance from the workbench surface to the main shaft center is increased directly from 540mm to 6400mm. The main shaft motor is 7.5 horsepower, with reinforced grinding rigidity.
3. Full recirculating lubrication recovery system enhances guide rail accuracy and the durability of transmission components; change lubricant every 5-6 months to save on oil costs.
4. Equipped with a PLC control system, the Z-axis features automatic feeding capability, allowing for operation of multiple machines by one person, thereby saving labor costs.
5. The AHD model utilizes stepping motors for feeding in all directions (up, down, front, back), features a solid-state panel for operation, and offers high cost-performance.
6. The AS model features servo motors, front and rear stepping motors, a modular touch screen operation, offering a more comprehensive set of functions, easy to learn and understand, and saving training time.
7. The AS model features an added splash guard panel, preventing debris and water mist from entering the machine tool during the grinding process.

One, Left and Right Structure (X-axis):
Hydraulic transmission with a speed range of 5 to 23 meters per minute, featuring stepless variable speed.
