The CTG series dry magnetic separator is a magnetic separation equipment designed for extracting iron powder and fine powder from river sand and enriching lean ores. It can also be customized to produce various dry magnetic separation complete sets according to customer requirements.
Technical Features:
The sorting drum is made of stainless steel, with a wear-resistant stainless steel coating on the surface, which is not only beneficial for sorting but also easy to replace and has a long service life.
The magnetic system utilizes multi-magnet, large package angle design, with neodymium-iron boron as the magnetic source. It boasts high magnetic field strength, large gradient, and excellent sorting performance, which is favorable for the recovery of low-grade minerals.
The transmission device utilizes either variable frequency speed control or electromagnetic speed control motors, allowing for adjustable speed of the sorting drum, which is beneficial for the separation and extraction of various minerals.
