CTS, CTN, CTB Series Permanent Magnet Tube Type Magnetic Separators have two types of structures: rotating and fixed. The fixed type is mainly suitable for weak magnetic field wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic materials or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. When pulp flows into the magnetic field area, strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are separated and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder. The rotating type is suitable for dry separation of fine-grained strong (medium-strong) magnetic minerals. Due to the effect of high-speed rotation, the magnetic rolling frequency of magnetic particles is much higher than that of ordinary magnetic separators, which is significant for breaking magnetic agglomeration and improving the ore grade. The minerals are separated into magnetic and non-magnetic materials after separation, and they are discharged from their respective discharge ports. Suitable for coarse and fine selection of ore particles with a size of 0.6-6mm. The same cylinder can be equipped with three types of trays: downstream tray (CTS) for separation of particles ≤6mm, upstream tray (CTN) for separation of particles ≤0.6mm, and semi-upstream tray (CTB) for separation of particles ≤1mm.
