Operating Principle: The disk tailings recovery machine consists of five main parts: the main unit, ore unloading device, concentrate trough, chute, and frame. Its operating principle is that the main unit disk is installed in the chute. The slurry flows into one end of the chute and passes through the gaps between the disks. Magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed onto the disk surface, while the non-magnetic slurry exits from the other end of the chute. As the main unit disk rotates, the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the disk surface are carried out of the slurry level. When entering the unloading area, the ore unloading device inserted between the disk gaps throws the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the magnetic surface into the concentrate trough, which collects and outputs them.
Equipment Features:
1. High volume processing, high recovery rate, and low water consumption.
Due to the composite magnetic system composed of technologies such as ferromagnetism, the magnetic field depth around the disk is extremely deep. With high field strength and a large gradient, the recovery volume compared to other similar products in actual use is 2-3 times higher.
2. Easy to unload material; magnet blocks do not wear.
Utilizing mobile magnetic field technology, the reabsorbable mineral powder is automatically gathered near the outer edge of the disk under the action of water pressure, thanks to the magnetic force of the moving magnetic field. Since the outer edge of the disk is of the same magnetic pole (N or S), according to the principle of repulsion between like poles in the magnetic field, the scraper can easily remove it, leaving a protective layer on the magnetic surface.
3. Simple structure, low energy consumption
Utilizing a standard cycloidal pinwheel reducer, without a complex speed control system or intricate induction plate unloading device, this product saves 5% to 25% energy compared to similar items. It optimizes the mechanical structure, overcoming issues like disk loosening and shaft misalignment caused by unloading from the top of the disk. During operation, no need to consider mechanical failures, except for regular lubricant addition and replacement of the hanging material plate.
4. Long service life
Due to the use of neodymium-iron-boron as the magnetic source, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional recycling machines, such as poor corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, easy oxidation, and rapid magnetic decay. Through careful research and development by our company's R&D team and repeated testing, we have successfully implemented protective treatment for strong magnetic blocks, significantly extending their service life.
