Key Features:
1. The sector filter plate features uniformly distributed dehydration holes with a reasonable hole rate and large rib dimensions. Made from high-strength engineering plastic, it offers a lifespan increased by 1-1.5 times.
2. The filtrate tube has a large filtration area, and the distribution head has a spacious cavity area, which enhances the vacuum extraction rate and the filtrate discharge effect.
3. Wear-resistant nylon monofilament or double yarn filter cloth improves dehydration efficiency and is less prone to clogging, thereby extending the service life.
4. Multi-point oil pump centralized automatic lubrication.
5. The automatic filter cloth cleaning device maintains its excellent dehydration effect.
6. Horizontal forced variable-speed stirring, with rubber and graphite packing at the shaft end and triple sealing by hydraulic pressure difference, ensuring no leakage.
7. Main drive with stepless speed variation, adjusting according to the material's concentration and flow rate (AC variable speed motor or inverter) to achieve ideal working performance.
Each disk consists of 20 filter fan plates, enhancing the filtration process control and ensuring uniform thickness.

10. The filtrate tube is made of high-strength ceramic composite steel pipe, which increases the lifespan by more than 10 times.
