I. Principle and Features:
The principle is similar to that of a steel measuring tape, using a worm spring as the power source to wind up the cable. As the cable is pulled out, the worm spring is tensioned. When the external force is removed, the reel will automatically wind up the cable using the stored energy of the worm spring, offering good synchronization performance.

a. Growth type (reel length up to 50~60 meters), commonly used in situations where the reel of the electric trolley CLQ-I is not easily installed.
b. Multi-conductor type: One reel wound with 2 different specifications of cables.
c. Tube and Cable Type: Tubing for conveying fluids, steam, oil, and other media.
3. The cable length for the roll is approximately: L + 2 extra turns reserved on the roll.
4. The winding direction of the cable on the spool is indicated in the scheme size drawing. If any special requirements, please specify when placing the order.
5. When the cable drum is to be installed on a single-beam crane for use with an electric hoist, please specify the single-beam steel beam specification at the time of ordering to facilitate the preparation of the corresponding roller bracket components for easy installation and use.
