The CFLT series electromagnetic belt pulley (same as the CFDL series electromagnetic belt pulley) is a rotating DC electromagnetic iron separator, designed to be paired with the TD-75 and AD-80 type general-purpose belt conveyors as the head pulley. It features continuous and automatic iron removal, with deep magnetic field, strong magnetic force, and is economical and practical.
The CFLT series electromagnetic belt pulley is used in belt conveyor systems, replacing the drive wheel or tail wheel. It can automatically separate ferromagnetic materials from non-magnetic materials on the conveyor belt. It is widely applicable in industries such as casting, building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, power generation, and grain processing.
