The Electromagnetic Wang Royal Jelly De-ironing Equipment is one of the most effective de-ironing devices in China, utilizing pure oil insulation and water circulation cooling. It features imported original parts and a magnetic field strength of up to 30,000GS, offering strong attraction and gripping power. Not only can it basically remove the mechanical iron generated during the grinding process (with de-ironing efficiency reaching 98%), but it can also remove a portion of the iron oxide (Fe2O3) from the ore, which is typically difficult for permanent magnet de-ironing equipment to remove, resulting in exceptional de-ironing performance.
2. Low energy consumption, easy operation. The raw materials enter the magnetic cavity through the feed port and are de-ironed by a powerful 30-piece magnetic chip. After de-ironing, the raw materials exit through the discharge port. De-ironing is convenient and quick. Simply turn off the magnetic cavity power switch to demagnetize the magnetic chips, open the water valve to fill the magnetic cavity with water, and then open the de-ironing valve. The iron shavings and iron powders, etc., adsorbed on the magnetic chips are flushed out of the de-ironing port in an instant, completing the entire de-ironing process.
