The magnets are made of strong permanent magnetic materials, offering strong magnetic force and long lifespan, effectively attracting iron impurities of various sizes. The magnets are hinged to the slot wall for easy cleaning at any time. The product can be conveniently installed on conveying pipelines through flanges, square interfaces, and other forms, with standard specifications (interface length × width × total height) being 120×150×470, 150/200/250/300×178×750, and 350/400/450/500 × 200×1110 mm. The Z-shaped (hump-style) separator, by improving the angle of the pipeline, effectively guides the material, increases the contact area, and significantly enhances the iron removal efficiency.
