1. The process of registering a new company is as follows: 1. Business Name Approval by the Administration for Market Regulation: Propose a company name (brand name), which must consist of at least two Chinese characters (including two characters). Under the new regulation, if two-character brand names exist in the same industry, registration is not allowed. Therefore, prepare three to five brand names for selection. Once the brand name is selected and no duplicates are found in the Administration for Market Regulation's search, a "Pre-Approval Notice for Company Name" will be issued. 2. Office Rental: The office must be for commercial or office use. As per current regulations, residential use is not permitted for registration. When renting, sign a lease agreement and register it with the local real estate center. Obtain the original of the registered lease agreement and a copy of the landlord. The names on the contract must match. 3. Submit to the Administration for Market Regulation: Fill out various forms, including the application for establishment registration, list of shareholders (founders), director and manager information, legal representative registration form, and representative or agent registration form. After completion, submit these along with the pre-approval notice, company articles of association, lease agreement, copies, and reports to the Administration for Market Regulation for processing. 4. Organization Code: Obtain the organization code at the local Technical Supervision Bureau with the business license and relevant documents. This process usually takes three working days. 5. National Registration: After receiving the business license, apply for national registration at the local National Bureau within 15 working days, and report taxes to the tax bureau on a monthly basis. Even if no business is conducted and no taxes are due, a tax return must be filed. 6. Open a Bank Account: With the business license, organization code certificate, and national registration certificate, open a basic bank account. 7. Start Tax Accounting: After the company is established, it must complete the previous month's tax reporting by the 15th of each month as per regulations.
