Excellent lubricity, protects the compressor, reduces wear, superior comprehensive performance, ensures a working life of up to 4,000 to 8,000 hours for the compressor system, technical specifications, the product complies with the following specifications: Q/SH303 103—2004
Application Range: Suitable for the lubrication of small, medium, and large single-stage or multi-stage reciprocating and rotary air compressors used in industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, machinery, and electronics. Oil No. 32 to No. 68 is primarily suitable for low and medium-pressure rotary compressors and is also applicable to medium and small reciprocating compressors; Oil No. 100 to No. 220 is mainly suitable for medium and high-pressure reciprocating compressors and large rotary compressors. Temperature Range: Rotary compressors -40℃ to 110℃, Reciprocating compressors -35℃ to 200℃, short-term up to 220℃.
Lubricating oil for compressors is generally categorized into two main types based on the base oil: mineral oil-based and synthetic oil-based compressors; divided by the structure of the compressor into reciprocating air compressor oil and rotary air compressor oil; differentiated by the properties of the compressed gas into air compressor oil and gas compressor oil; and further categorized by the load of the air compressor into light, medium, and heavy-duty compressor oils.
China has equivalently adopted the international standard ISO 6743/3A-1987 and established the lubricating oil classification standard GB/T 7631.9-1997. Reciprocating air compressor oils are categorized into three types: light load L-DAA, medium load L-DAB, and heavy load L-DAC, with DAA and DAB being mineral oil types, and DAC being synthetic oil type. Rotating air compressor oils are also divided into three types based on light, medium, and heavy loads, namely L-DAG for light load, L-DAH for medium load, and L-DAJ for heavy load, with DAG and DAH being mineral oil types, and DAJ being synthetic. Gas compressor oils are categorized into five types based on composition and characteristics: DGA (mineral oil), DGB (specific mineral oil), KGC (common synthetic fluid), DGB (non-hydrocarbon synthetic fluid), and DGE (common synthetic fluid).
