Arc-shaped connected intelligent greenhouses mostly use 8-meter spans. The main steel structure is made of hot-dipped galvanized pipe and profiles; the top and sides are covered with connected greenhouse PO film, or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They feature high light transmittance and excellent thermal insulation. The greenhouse is equipped with external shading systems, internal shading systems, fan wet curtain cooling systems, drainage systems, dew collection systems, mobile seedling beds, and electrical control systems. The greenhouse control system is centralized, electric, and manually operated. The outer perimeter has a strip foundation, while the interior has individual point foundations. This type of greenhouse is suitable for planting flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; it can also serve as a seedling greenhouse for flowers, vegetables, and trees; it can be used as an ornamental greenhouse for ecological restaurants, market displays, tourism, scientific research, etc.; and it can also be used for aquaculture and animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Greenhouses utilize hot-dipped tube materials and profiles, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability with a long service life.
2. Low-cost greenhouse construction with film or PC boards for covering the roof and sides, lightweight, and high transparency.
3. Large-span design with ample interior space, high land utilization rate, and ease of manual and mechanical operation.
4. For large-scale contiguous structures, internal drainage can be added to ensure effective drainage capacity.
5. Greenhouse arch frames are designed with a rational rise-to-span ratio, conserving materials, boasting high load-bearing capacity, and the arched lines facilitate the sliding of rain and snow.
