Arched multi-span intelligent greenhouses typically span 8 meters, with the main steel structure consisting of hot-dipped galvanized pipes and sections. The roof and sides are covered with multi-span greenhouse PO film or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They offer high light transmission and excellent thermal insulation. The surrounding greenhouses are equipped with external shading systems, internal shading systems, fan wet curtain cooling systems, drainage systems, dew collection systems, movable seedling beds, electrical control systems, and more. The greenhouse control system is centralized with electric hand control. The foundation around the greenhouse is in the form of strips, while the interior is in the form of independent point foundations. Such greenhouses are suitable for planting flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; they can also serve as seedling-type greenhouses for the propagation of flowers, vegetables, and trees; they can be used as ornamental greenhouses for ecological restaurants, market displays, sightseeing, scientific research, and more; and they can also be used for aquaculture and animal husbandry.
Features:
1. Greenhouses are constructed with hot-dipped steel tubes and profiles, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability with a long service life.
2. Greenhouse construction is cost-effective, featuring film or PC boards for the roof and sides, lightweight, and with high transparency.
3. Large-span design, spacious interior, high land use efficiency, easy for manual and mechanical operation.
4. For large-span connected buildings, internal drainage can be added to ensure drainage capacity.
5. Greenhouse arch frames are designed with a rational span-to-rise ratio, saving materials, offering high load-bearing capacity, and the arch shape facilitates the sliding off of rain and snow.
