Steel Static-Dissipative Flooring is made from cold-rolled steel sheets of alloy, formed by stretching and spot welding. The surface is treated with phosphating followed by electrostatic spraying. The inner cavity is filled with foam cement, and the top surface is covered with a high-wear-resistant static-dissipative coating.(HPL) or PVC paneling, with conductive edging all around. **Generally categorized by load-bearing capacity into ultra-light, light, standard, and heavy-duty flooring. **HPL stands for tri-oxide polyamide anti-static fire-resistant board, while PVC indicates conductive tiles.。 
System Assembly
The system assembly consists of flooring, trusses, and supports. The trusses and adjustable-height supports are securely connected to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the flooring is inserted into the grid formed by the trusses.
