But what if there's no KCC certification yet? Many customers and new inspectors believe that LED display exports to South Korea require KC certification (via the CB to KC process). In fact, for LED display exports to South Korea, KC certification is not required; instead, KCC certification is needed, which involves the full EMC testing and issuance of a report and certificate.
