An industrial process of transporting machinery or other objects from one location to another using a hydraulic lifting platform. Most lifting equipment commences a vertical, or sometimes vertical with horizontal, travel after lifting the cargo, unloads at the destination, returns empty to the loading point, completes a work cycle, and then proceeds to the next lift.
