Fusible link main plastic: Provides insulation and support, protecting the melt from external damage. Our company uses PC material, which is a high-strength flame-retardant material with features like shock resistance and wear resistance, perfectly suited for the needs of the fusible link.
Metallic Contact Pins: Common main materials include zinc, tin, copper, silver, etc., or alloys primarily composed of these materials, which have good conductivity, ductility, and are easy to shape. The materials we choose are zinc or zinc alloy materials; please specify any special requirements. The metallic contact pins are integrated with the fuse melt, serving as a bridge for the current to flow in and out of the melt.
