High-intensity LED ultraviolet lamps are a specialized product forFluorescent magnetic powderHandheld high-intensity LED UV lamp designed for fluorescent penetrant inspection. Equipped with a metal housing and high-power LED UV chips, powered by a lithium battery, it emits 365nm long-wave UV light. The UV intensity at 600mm is up to 10,000 μW/cm². Simply insert the batteries into the lamp tube, tighten the tail cap, press the switch button at the lamp's tail to turn it on, and press again to turn it off. A fully charged set of two lithium batteries allows for continuous use for 1.5 hours.

High-intensity LED UV lamp AC charger: Remove the lithium battery from the lamp tube and place it in the charger. Connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz), the AC charger, and the lithium battery. The indicator light on the charger turns red, and it becomes green when charging is complete. Charge for 7 to 8 hours at a time to fully activate the lithium battery. Subsequent normal charges typically take about 3 to 4 hours.
