III. Working Principle
Demagnetizer operates by generating a strong axial magnetic field within the coil. As workpieces pass through the coil, this magnetic field magnetizes them, with the magnetization intensity varying with the distance between the workpiece and the coil. The central magnetic field decreases with increasing distance from the coil, approaching an exponential decay. When the distance from the coil reaches a certain point, the magnetic field strength diminishes to nearly zero. Utilizing this principle, workpieces passing through the coil are magnetized repeatedly. As the workpieces move away from the coil, the magnetic field intensity within them also decays exponentially, achieving the demagnetization of the workpieces.
