It combines the advantages of high filtration accuracy and large impurity trapping capacity of fiber filter media with the benefits of high cleanliness and low water consumption in backwashing for granular filter media.

The fiber filaments are lightweight, strong, elastic, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and water-repellent. As a water filtration material: (1) It has sufficient chemical stability, with no harmful components leaching out during the filtration process; (2) It can withstand high-intensity friction, impact, and shearing forces during backwashing without damage or material loss; (3) It remains durable and non-corrosive after years of immersion in water.
